To request an official transcript from The Hansard complete the following steps. Please give x business days to receive and respond to your request.
NOTE: Depending on the subject of the requested transcript may take more than X weeks to complete.
Write a transcript request letter (Template below)
Send a hard copy to:
Mr. Emille Hunt
Editor of The Hansard
Hansard Office
Bayparl Building
18 Parliament Street
Nassau, The Bahamas
Call and consult with an agent to narrow down your request.
Pay appropriate fees via cash or bank transfer (see bank info below).
Things to Note:
All Official Hansard transcripts will always have the Editor of The Hansard’ signature on it.
The standard price for 10 pages is $30. Every additional page is $2.00.
Members of Parliament are exempted from the transcript fee for transcripts of their own debates.
